Player Insurance

In the event of injury in order to avail of any GAA injury insurance scheme you much be a fully paid up member of Blessington GAA Club. If you are not a paid up and registered member then you are uninsured. In the event of sustaining an injury within Gaelic Games the player must contact Breda for GAA or Kim for LGFA as soon as possible. Contact details below.

You will need to fill out the necessary form, sign it and submit it to the relevant contact. The forms can be found below and can be submitted via email or passed on directly. It is crucial that this is done ASAP after the unfortunate event of sustaining an injury as there is a timescale for submission.

Please keep all receipts and bills as they will be required.
